Bulk Items & Other Fees

Please Notice: Christmas Tree pick up and disposal will be available on January 2nd, 2023 until February 1st, 2023.

The pickup fee must be paid before we can pick the item up, so please call us at least two days in advance to ensure that we can service your request.  

Trash Taxi can help you get rid of those things that are too big to fit in your trash can.

Accommodating these bulk items can cause us to change our route structure to allow for the extra pickup. Sometimes we have to send another truck, or plan for a trip to a disposal facility to empty our truck. For this reason, we ask that you call our office, or send us a message through our website, to let us know that you need a special pickup.

Please note: We limit boxes to 15 and they must all be broken down, emptied, and tied/taped together anything over than amount will be considered a bulk pick up and scheduled with the office as stated above.

Due to federal and state hazardous waste regulations, we are unable to dispose of the following items:

• Refrigerators
• Freezers
• Steel
• Wood
• Oil
• Liquid paint
• Propane tanks, acids, and other combustible materials

If you are throwing out something that others could still use, please consider the following options:

• Donate your items to Goodwill
• List your item on Craigslist or Freecycle
• Schedule a pickup with the American Kidney Fund
